REFRIGERATED CONTAINER USE
Drinks
Our containers come equipped with precise temperature controls to create the perfect conditions to store soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.

Storing soft drinks, wine and beer

Triton Temperature-Controlled Containers are reliable, portable, cost-efficient, and secure, making them ideal for use in a wide range of locations, including crowded venues.

Raising a glass to companies working at outside events

Throughout the summer, numerous outdoor farmers' markets, music festivals and food fairs take place. Companies offering catering services at events typically serve a wide array of soft drinks and alcohol. As high external temperatures can compromise the quality of goods and adding ice can dilute their flavor, storing products like spirits in an optimum environment is essential to preserve their freshness, quality, and shelf life.

Triton units are available in various dimensions, allowing companies to select the size they need to fulfill consumer demand. Businesses commonly use Triton 10ft Domestic Refrigerated Containers, Triton Domestic 20ft Refrigerated Containers and Domestic 40ft High Cube Refrigerated Containers.

Triton Reefers typically require a smaller investment than traditional brick-and-mortar storage facilities. Our units can operate in almost any level indoor or outdoor setting, provided they have access to a reliable source of electricity.

Triton Refrigerated Containers can keep beer kegs and bottles safe from vermin, theft and external weather conditions. Good security features and a portable design allow them to be used on-site at festivals or during manufacturing and distribution.

Get a head start in the beer manufacturing process

A beer’s distinctive flavor largely depends on the quality of the ingredients used in the manufacturing process. For this reason, storing raw ingredients like hops or barley in a safe, dry environment is essential. Triton Domestic Refrigerated Containers have a temperature range from -35°C to +30°C and fully lockable double doors. They are supplied with an aluminum ramp and flat flooring, allowing stock to be loaded quickly and easily using a trolley.

Some tips for storing drinks
  • Before loading goods, sanitize the unit and ensure it is dry, clean and odor free.
  • Ensure the unit's internal temperature is stable and set at the optimal level for the drinks you wish to store; for example, distilled spirits should typically be stored slightly below room temperature (between 55 and 60°F). In contrast, soft drinks and juices can be stored at a slightly cooler temperature, between 38 and 42℉.
  • Check bottles, cartons and cans are sealed and remove any damaged items.
  • Separate drinks from food/other perishables during storage and ensure the weight is distributed evenly inside the unit.
  • Ensure items are stably stacked.
  • Leave ample space between the roof and the top of the boxes to allow air to move freely, and never stack items floor to ceiling or too close to the walls.
  • Label stock carefully, use older items first and remove any drinks that have expired.
  • Check the unit and clean its interior frequently.
